How to use:

Take a small coin sized amount of the face wash in your palm and massage it all over your face. Rinse thoroughly.

            The face was has a gel consistency which is transparent with a tiny green granules present in it that exfoliates very gently and are not harsh.

My take on the product:

          You can use this as a regular face wash twice a day. The foam is not dense but it cleanses very effectively. It will soothe your skin and does great job on my acne prone skin. It doesn’t dry out my skin. The face wash  does clear pores and helps in reducing acne. This face wash has cellulose beads to exfoliate the skin gently while washing, this will remove all the dead cells and give a fresh appearance to your face.After using it for a month , i feel the face wash has reduced the frequency of my breakouts. It also helps in anti-ageing. Do not expect miraculous result from face wash immediately. Overall it is a good face wash for oily acne prone skin.

DIY FACE PACK WITH RED LENTILS

Red Lentils (Masoor dal) has so much health benefits for our body. Apart from that masoor dal has lot of skin advantage as well. Red Lentils are rich in proteins. Face pack made using masoor dal can give your skin

How to make Red Lentils (Masoor dal) powder: 

1.       Take a cup of red lentils 

2.       Grind the Red Lentils till it becomes powdered.

3.       Store this powder in an air tight container and you can use it whenever you want.

Tan Removal Mask:

Ingredients: 

·         1tsbp of Red Lentils (Masoor Dal) powder

·         1tsbp besan

·         Curd 

Application:

Mix everything together and make a paste. Clean your face and apply it all over your face and neck.Once the face pack dries, wash it off in a scrubbing motion.It will help in removing the dead cells in your skin and make your skin brighter.

Body scrub with Red Lentils:

Ingredients: 

·         3tsbp of Red Lentils (Masoor Dal)

·         2tsbp if Milk 

Application:

          Mix it together and make a paste. Apply it in your body.This will help in exfoliating the skin and gives a smooth texture to your skin.

Facial hair removal with Red Lentils:

Ingredients: 

·         1tsbp of Red Lentils

·         1tsbp of besan

·         2 to 3 drops of almond oil

·         Mix everything and add milk

Application:

Mix everything together and make a paste. Apply a layer in your face and leave it until it becomes dry. Once it is dry massage your face in circular motion. Wash off with lukewarm water.

 On regular use of application this will help in brighten the skin and remove unwanted facial hair from the skin. Use this application twice or thrice a week.

 How to use 

                 Mix a desired amount of the pack with lemon juice (oily skin) or milk or curd (dry and normal skin) and apply all over face and body and rinse once dried.

MY TAKE ON THIS PRODUCT:

                 First thing what I like about the product is the packaging. This comes in a small glass bottle with a beautifully golden lid to cover it. The bottle comes with all the details of how to use it.

                This pack has a mixture of orange peel powder which enhances the complexion. The turmeric which reduces the acne. The grounded oats which is used to exfoliate the skin and reduce pigmentation. Gram floor which removes dirt's from the skin. Green gram which gives a natural glow in your face.

                Scoop the small amount of the mixture using the spatula. (do not use fingers) and mix with milk or lemon and apply it all over the face and neck and allow it dry. I preferred using curd. Gently rub your face with your finger for a minute and wash it with Luke warm water. This dry the skin little bit but you can use a good moisturizer to give your skin a healthy glow.

Does it work: 

                After first application my face looked radiant, smooth and clear. This mask really helps in brightening the skin. It does what it claims. It’s an instant face brightening pack to those who are looking for chemical free products. This mask can be used 2 to 3 times a week.
